ALEXANDER TECHNOLOGY AND MEDIA CO., LTD. (บริษัท อเล็กซานเดอร์ เทคโนโลยี แอนด์ มีเดีย จำกัด) is a limited company registered in Thailand under juristic person number 0105568009014. It operates alexandergames.co.im and publishes games as Alexander Games, an independent mobile game studio.

ALEXANDER TECHNOLOGY AND MEDIA CO., LTD. is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Its registered head office, as recorded by the Department of Business Development (DBD), is 96 ถนนศรีนครินทร์ แขวงบางนาใต้ เขตบางนา กรุงเทพมหานคร.

This policy explains what Alexander Games collects through the website and through correspondence, why, for how long, who processes it for us and what rights you have.

This policy currently covers the alexandergames.co.im website and email contact or postal correspondence with Alexander Games.

We do not currently publish any mobile apps on the Alexander Games website, so no app name, package name, SDK or Android permission is described here.

When Alexander Games releases a game on Google Play, that app will receive a separate policy at its own address on alexandergames.co.im, naming the app and its exact package name, following its Data Safety answers and listing its SDKs and permissions.

Information we collect

The Alexander Games website has no accounts, forms, comments or payments. You do not need to give us personal data to read it.

Our hosting provider processes technical request data for us: IP address, requested page, time of request, browser type and, if sent, the referring page.

Alexander Games runs no analytics software, advertising pixels or tracking scripts on the website.

If you write to Alexander Games, we receive your name, contact address and anything you choose to include. Please do not send passwords, payment details, health information or national ID numbers.

Each future Alexander Games app policy will follow the Google Play Data Safety categories and state whether data stays on the device or leaves it.

How we use information

Third-party services and SDKs

Any SDK used in a future Alexander Games game will be named, with a link to its policy, in that game's own policy.

Data retention and deletion

Cloudflare keeps request logs briefly under its own settings; Alexander Games does not copy them into another system.

Alexander Games keeps correspondence for up to 18 months after a matter closes, unless a longer period is needed for a legal claim or a duty under Thai law.

You may ask us to delete your correspondence at any time. We will do so unless the law requires us to keep it, and will tell you if so.

The website stores nothing on your device, so there is no local website data to remove.

Children

The Alexander Games website is a general company site and is not directed at children under 13.

Your rights

You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) at pdpc.or.th. We would appreciate the chance to resolve the matter first.

International transfers

Alexander Games is run from Thailand.

Cloudflare operates a global network, so request data may be processed outside Thailand, including in the United States and Singapore.

Where that happens we rely on Cloudflare's data processing terms and the safeguards permitted under sections 28 and 29 of the PDPA.
